New World P&I Service Held Training Activities in 2012
In order to make all the staffs of the company to better master business knowledge , better develop business and reflect the cooperative nature, the head office organized specially a two-week business training and development training. The training included historical development of the company, business management module and execution, etc, in order to improve the technical support function of business activities and collaboration capabilities of each branch.
On April 11-20,2012, the training activities was held in conference office of Shanghai headquarter, participants were respectively from Fuzhou branch, and Dalian, Qingdao, Yantai and Zhoushan subsidiaries. All course instructors constituted by the colleagues with rich work experience of each department in headquarter, and very honored to invite xxx from Ping An Shanghai Branch to give lectures about xxx.
Before the lecture, the general manager Qiao Gang introduced in detail the history and development of the New World P&I Service. In the following training, lecturers were systematically explain the company’s products, network resources, service process, legal issues and mentality,etc. Under the harmonious atmosphere, each branch staff participated the training in positive attitude and respond enthusiastically, raised problems in the related courses and practice from time to time, each lecturer also given the detailed answers.
In the subsequent development training, it broke the barriers between people through a series of activities, established the basis of mutual trust, created a better atmosphere for the team. Under the direction of the instructor, all the staff divided into two groups, played a match in superior system. Through the training of various projects, each group saw the advantage and disadvantage of themselves, and felt the importance of cooperation and communication at the same time, it had established a great foundation for the later work. Every employee deeply felt the essence of responsibility, mutual assistance and confidence, and they had to bear the responsibility as a member of the team.
The training has been obtained the great attention and support from the general manager. Each branch colleagues also felt that the headquarters pay great attention on the training activities. Everyone in the training listened and took notes with full enthusiasm, and improved the confidence in the business development. This training activity has achieved a great success.
